In the heart of the Lauragais valleys, “Dans les Arbres” in Lanta offers a regenerating interlude< /strong>, as conducive to family reunions as to professional gatherings.
Favorite for Lauragais
It all starts with “the choice of a personal life different, oriented towards rurality and closer to nature", recalls Cloé Vigneron-Doumerc, two years after the inauguration of the lodge. Initially, with her husband Olivier, they imagined renovating an old farm, before falling under the spell of Lanta, for its conviviality, its dynamism< /strong> and its environment. A building plot of land particularly appeals to them: “It is located between the fields and the forest, we have the feeling of being cut off from the world! » However, the village center is only a few minutes on foot, and 25 minutes by car from Toulouse. This is the revelation: they will build everything from A to Z. Project manager, Olivier designs the gîte entirely with natural materials, in stone and wood, to make it also warm than authentic.
Total disconnection
Reading in front of the stove in winter or lounging in the swimming pool on sunny days, enjoy the Nordic bath behind the gîte and share a movie evening thanks to the video projector... Here, everything is designed for the well-being and escape. The interior decoration, inspired by the four seasons with a lot of little poetic touches, was thought out down to the smallest detail by Cloé, communications and events project manager, children's author, - and former editor. head of Toulouscope!-, who works to sustain and develop the lodge. Each stay can also be personalized, in partnership with local players: floral creations with Terres de violets, an introduction to pottery with Barbotine & Company, a massage with Tuinama or even a chocolate workshop with Criollo.
An ideal cottage for reunions
In total, the cottage can accommodate up to 14 people, with its 5 bedrooms , each with a bathroom. Popular with families, for intergenerational gatherings, or even by groups of friends, the place is also very popular with companies for their teleworkers, or even with freelancers. “People see themselves differently, they are relaxed, open to creating connections, sharing and getting out of their comfort zone,” notes Cloé. The idea is to enjoy the time without worrying about anything.
The couple collaborates withlocal chefs and caterers for the catering (Mademoiselle Fourchette, Mets Racines or even Japanese cuisine with Shiawassé...) In addition to the permaculture vegetable garden, and chickens which could soon take their neighborhoods, Olivier and Cloé plan to create a new complementary space for the organization of yoga retreats, culinary workshops or even artistic creation! The perfect opportunity to introduce even more people to the joy of being “In the Trees”.
