A banquet with 2000 people on an emblematic monument of Toulouse
The Pink City could not do without such a friendly, gourmet and festive event: The Banquet des Toulousains, which consists of savoring the local specialty on the emblematic Saint-Pierre bridge, in the heart of Toulouse, with this year, 2000 people at its table.
This giant, intergenerational banquet returns on September 7, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. and will therefore be a unique opportunity to share quality products over a succulent tasting of genuine Toulouse cassoulet and wines from South-West vineyards.
À la carte: several menus and services
To satisfy all taste buds, several menus will be offered à la carte:
- "Classic" Menu (€25) in its Lauragais Bean terrine (PGI), Toulouse sausage (Red Label), duck confit and Occitanie pork shank.
- "Vegetarian" Menu (€25) with vegetable proteins.
- "VIP" Menu (€28) which offers, in addition to the classic or vegetarian cassoulet, priority access and a few goodies.
- "Children's" Menu (€11) with a cassolette of Toulouse cassoulet, a bunch of Chasselas grapes from Moissac and a bottle of water.
And adapting to the different hours of the people of Toulouse, several services will also be open for reservation: 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
A gourmet and festive moment for all
A real rendezvous for fans of this typical Toulouse dish, it is also the opportunity to spend an unforgettable and original moment with a program packed with artistic, musical and surprising entertainment.
Imagined by the Toulouse à Table association! whose aim is to promote and create social ties around the Table, Le Banquet des Toulousains is therefore the event of the year; especially since it is organized on a historic monument of the city.
