New gourmet restaurant: Yannick Delpech welcomes you to his home with Acte 2

It has now been 5 months since chef Yannick Delpech unveiled his new Acte 2 restaurant at 1 rue du Paneboeuf In Toulouse. It was at home, in an intimate setting, that Toulouscope had the chance to discover the new lunch menu of this restaurant gastronomic like no other!

It's in his loungethat Yannick Delpechwelcomes you to taste his dishes, all in an immersive experience where you immerse yourself in his world. And for good reason, when you open the doors of Act 2, it's impossible not to be struck by the artistic spirit of the place: giant print of a photograph by the artist Joël Bardeau, graffiti on the wall, decorative objects of all kinds... The aestheticism of the framecomes straight from the passionate mind of the chef. A love of art that he wants to share with his guests: in addition to cooking, in the evening, he invites them to discover artistic performances, images, readings… On this subject, he explains:
“I am passionate about art, I develop my dishes from what I see or what I hear. Music goes perfectly with cooking, many cook with musical background. I am directly inspired by it.”
After immersing yourself in the place, it is on the plate that you discover more of the world of Yannick Delpech.
After 5 months of opening , the chef is now offering two new menus: one in 4 courses at €75 and another in 3 courses at €48 (only available at lunchtime). The opportunity for all wallets to discover the joys of gastronomy. Every day, 15 people maximum can go to the chef's lounge for a taste stroll: artichoke and herring tortellini, marinated duck with beetroot and spices, Gariguette strawberries accompanied by asparagus and a spinach sorbet... These are unique tastes and flavors that we discover at Yannick Delpech's table. And nothing better than a selection of natural winesto explore all the nuances of its dishes.
One Sunday a month, the restaurant offers “Les dimanches Acte II”. The first will take place on April 28 and will be on the theme “Piscina e Cucina”! If the weather is nice, Yannick Delpech and his team offer you a lunch around the pool accompanied by plates to share (between €6 and €14) inspired by Italian cuisine. Music, cocktails and friendly wines will be there.
