In 2023, the breakfast buffet at the Hôtel Mercure restaurant was awarded an award by Les Tables and Auberges de France and 9,500 covers were served the same year during its Sunday brunches! It was therefore natural that the idea of a Brunch Festival came to the establishment.
The objective is to enhance the dynamism of the neighborhoodCompans-Caffarelli while inviting Toulouse residents, and not only that, to come share a parenthesis of pure indulgence. All this while promoting short circuits and local products, as well as highlighting the city's identity elements.
From 11:30 a.m., brunch lovers will be able to enjoy, in addition to the usual buffet, an all-you-can-eat formula whose theme will vary each day. Wednesday May 8 will be dedicated to a healthy and vitamin-filled variation around fresh fruits and vegetables while Thursday is the cheesewhich will be highlighted with a rich and tasty selection. On May 10, chocolate will put on a show! Finally, for the weekend, Le Barricot will offer a sunny barbecue on the terrace with grills before concluding the festivities on Sunday with a special seafood, > which will transport you to the seaside…
For this first Toulouse, reservation is strongly recommended on site. For reservations of more than 6 people, it is necessary to call the restaurant number. The adult rate for the all-you-can-eat formula is€35. The one for children aged 6 to 12 is €18 and is free for children under 6 (limited to one free per adult).
