open since December 12 after a month of work, Blanquette-as its name carries-is a restaurant that puts the French cuisine of grandmother in the spotlight. Old recipes, dishes of former revisited, a united team and an atmosphere as warm as it is festive.

After ten years of friendship and having worked for others, Quentin Vigroux and Luca Fourcade decided to associate themselves to show their own business in the heart of Toulouse: Blanquette. Together, they imagined the restaurant of their dream: from decoration, layout, concept.

An address open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. to have a coffee, a lunch, dinner or have a drink at Afterwork time or in pre-guht in the lower room, on the mezzanine, on the terrace or in the large "reception / meeting room" to be privatized (or not).
