From November 14 to 16, 2025, Toulouse welcomes A whole new festive and popular event at the heart of the Minimes district: the Aligofest. festive around an emblematic dish of the terroir, in a friendly and generous atmosphere. Announced objective: Break the world record of aligot-Saucisse served.
A Toulouse version of the Oktoberfest, 100 % terroir
inspired by the mind of the German Oktuberfest, The Aligofest takes up its key ingredients -Live music, Continuous entertainment and good-natured atmosphere- but transposes them in a very local setting: that of southwest gastronomy. Here, no sauerkraut or beer in the liters, but aligot-saucisse at will, accompanied by a drink and served in an assumed festive atmosphere.
The appointment is given at the Stade Arnauné, in the Minimes district, where up to 5,000 guests are expected The art of living in Toulousaine: generous, gourmet, friendly.
a world record in sight H2>
at the heart of this first edition is An original collective challenge: establishing a world record for the greatest quantity of aligot-sausage served on a weekend. Each visitor becomes an actor of the challenge. Its consumption is recognized in real time and displayed on giant screens installed on site.
The Aligofest is not limited to the plate. Throughout the weekend, the site will welcome musical entertainment, bandas, brass bands, DJs, broadcasts of games on giant screens, and even raffles with lots to win. What to seduce both rugby enthusiasts and families, students, or the single curious people who came for the atmosphere.

Each ticket includes the unlimited service of Aligot -Saucisse, a drink, and access to all free animations.
A local, festive and solidarity project XIII, This new event also aims to support the revival of the club. After a difficult period, organizing a popular festival of this magnitude is a visibility, local commitment, and a means of strengthening the links between sport and the Toulouse public.
