A ready-to-wear brand -bring to the astonishing story
A former professional tennis player who worked in the United States and Australia, real estate and cybersecurity, Priscilla Castetnau-Claverie ended up settling in Toulouse, where she met her husband Romain in 2017. After an atypical professional career and the arrival of their second child (June), the couple decided to join forces to open their own business on January 31, 2024 strong>: June & River. A website which offers clothes for women "looking for a wardrobe timeless, elegant, French chic".
More than just a brand with a very family connotation, it's a real passion for her, which has "to heart to select partners carefully in order to offer quality outfits, manufactured in eco-responsible factories.
What makes June & special? River is that there is neither door nor window, which allows all customers to enter spontaneously "without asking the question of 'I walk through the door or not' and as a result, they come more easily".
The opportunity for all the curious to discover unique collections installed on three racks and composed (only) of four brands “that we do not find elsewhere in Toulouse”. Far from being in fast fashion, the business manager wishes to offerhigh quality selections, of different styles, but above all “carefully chosen andquite strong pieces which remain in time and the woman's wardrobe.
With her very airy and open pop-up storeto everyone, Priscilla would therefore like to "give new impetus to the Saint-Georges center by proposing a concept unique that cannot be found in the heart of downtown.” This is why, at the end of the week, the duo also organizes events with matcha tea, cookies and DJ.
But their ultimate dream, in addition to giving a boost of pep's at this location: open other stores in France or even the United States!
