The Gramont shopping center located in Balma continues to get more dynamic! In 2023, 10 new brands will join the shopping mall. Boutiques selling trendy clothing, leather goods, perfumery, jewelry… It’s the ideal place for a shopping session. To accompany it, nothing better than treating yourself to a gourmet break. In partnership with the Shopping Center, Toulouscope tested 3 restaurants to taste on site.
KOMPO is the ideal place to enjoy a healthy and generous lunch: here , the products are fresh, the vegetables are cut up on site and the sauces are homemade! It is you who compose your meal: a base is your choice (salad, rice, pasta, bulgur or wrap), to be garnished according to your desires. 5 toppings are to be selected, from around thirty products: tomatoes, cucumbers, cured ham, eggs, sweet potato… It's up to you to combine the flavors that you want, whatever your diet. To finish, nothing better than garnishing your salad or wrap with nuts, peanutsor even basil. To finish, we select one of the house sauces such as honey-mustard, Caesar or pesto. The portions are just as generous as the products offered.

Inspired by the Anglo-Saxon “Juice Bar” model, Mangos is a smoothie bar that offers a wide choice of sweets. You will find sweet options such asM&M's muffins, tiramisusor even kinder bueno waffles, as well as savory options with paninis and generous sandwiches. Obviously, nothing better than accompanying them with a fruity smoothie: mango, papaya, strawberry, raspberry, coconut... there is something for everyone.
